By signing the attached Vehicle Rental Agreement (hereinafter briefly referred to as the “Agreement”), the parties shall enter into a mutual contractual relationship and undertake reciprocal obligations. All provisions of the Agreement have been mutually evaluated by both parties together with all their legal and financial consequences.

As the Lessee, ______________________, I hereby declare that:

I have been informed by the authorized representatives of TURUNÇ YAPI İNŞAAT MİMARLIK MÜHENDİSLİK TURİZM OTOMOTİV SAN. ve TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter briefly referred to as the “Company”) that the attached Agreement may contain provisions contrary to my interests, and that I have identified such provisions by reviewing the Agreement;

I am aware of the legal and financial consequences of such provisions that may be contrary to my interests;

During the review and negotiation process of the Agreement, I was thoroughly informed verbally by the authorized representatives of Turunç Rent a Car regarding the content of the Agreement, all of my questions concerning the Agreement were answered, and I was provided with the opportunity to obtain further information through the telephone number and e-mail address communicated to me by Turunç Rent a Car. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to review the contractual terms on the website www.turuncrentacar.com. I acknowledge that the Agreement contains binding penalty clauses, interest provisions, and similar terms; however, by mutually evaluating the benefits I will gain under the Agreement and the consequences of the provisions contained therein that may be against my interests, I accept all provisions of the Agreement freely, voluntarily, and without objection;

Without limitation to the matters listed below, I especially acknowledge and accept the following provisions contained in the Agreement:

• In the event that the Vehicle Delivery Form is not signed either during delivery or return of the vehicle, I shall be deemed to have accepted its contents. If I have any objection to the Form, I shall obtain an expert appraisal at my own expense; otherwise, my objections shall not be taken into consideration.
• All expenses and incidental costs related to the rented vehicle (including fuel, toll charges, parking fees, etc.) shall be borne by me.
• I acknowledge that I received the vehicle with the fuel level indicated in the Vehicle Delivery Form, and if I fail to return it with the same fuel level, I shall pay a penalty fee amounting to 25% of the fuel price difference.
• I shall compensate all damages not covered by insurance, as well as any damages arising from the use of the vehicle in violation of the Agreement.
• In the event that the vehicle is involved in an accident, I shall deliver all related documents to Turunç Rent a Car within 24 hours.
• I shall pay a service fee of TRY 200 for each traffic fine paid by Turunç Rent a Car on my behalf.
• In the event of delay in payment of rental fees, expenses, incidental costs, penalties, or any other receivables, monthly interest at the rate of 5% shall accrue on the total outstanding debt.
• All Agreement-related expenses (including stamp tax, etc.) shall be borne entirely by me.
• I freely and irrevocably accept that telephone, audio, and video recordings obtained pursuant to the Agreement shall constitute valid evidence.

I hereby declare and undertake the foregoing freely and voluntarily.

A sample copy of the Agreement was reviewed by the parties on the rental date, mutually discussed and evaluated, and pursuant to the agreement reached between the parties, this Vehicle Rental Agreement Information and Evaluation Record, consisting of two original copies, has been executed.
