The renter and authorised additional drivers, vehicle, dates, locations and charges are identified in the individual agreement and handover form. The web form is a booking request; availability and final terms require confirmation by the lessor. Condition, existing damage, mileage, fuel, keys and accessories are checked together and recorded. The renter receives a copy and supporting photos. Absence of a signature does not automatically constitute acceptance of all entries; objections and statutory rights remain available. ## Drivers and vehicle use Minimum age: 24; a valid driving licence held for at least 4 years. Minimum rental: 3 days. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be registered. Foreign licence validity and any required international driving permit are checked before handover. Only authorised drivers may drive, in accordance with traffic rules. Driving under the influence, racing, overloading, unauthorised commercial transport, unsuitable terrain and unlawful use are prohibited. No assignment, subletting or pledge of the vehicle. Cross-border and intercity conditions must be agreed in writing before use. ## Price, payment and deposit Standard rates are shown on the vehicle page. Payment is in Turkish lira; foreign currency displays are indicative. Your confirmation specifies the total charge including selected extras, any delivery charges and applicable taxes. Additional services require your approval. Payment methods: credit card, cash or bank transfer. A credit card belonging to the main renter is required when signing. Deposit/preauthorisation varies by vehicle group; the current economy-class minimum is 15,000 TL. The actual amount and release conditions are disclosed before handover. A deposit is not an automatic penalty. After return checks, supported liabilities are separated and the remaining refund or release is initiated. Bank processing times are explained. Reasons and calculations for deductions are communicated and may be disputed. This web form does not request card details. ## Duration, extensions and late return A rental day is 24 hours. The booking calculation rounds any additional time up to the next day. Late-return charges after handover follow the separate schedule below; the same time is not charged twice. Current late-return schedule: up to one hour, one third of the daily rate; over one and up to two hours, two thirds; over two hours, one full daily rate. The start of lateness and applicable tariff are disclosed in the handover form. Delay caused by the lessor is not charged to the renter. Where possible, request an extension at least 48 hours in advance. Availability, new dates and price require written confirmation; unilateral extension is not automatically accepted. ## Mileage, fuel and locations Standard allowances: 200 km daily, 1200 km weekly and 3000 km monthly. Total allowance for intermediate periods, intercity travel and any excess-per-kilometre price are disclosed in writing before booking. Undisclosed excess rates are not added retrospectively. Fuel is the renter's responsibility. Return at the recorded fuel level and use the correct fuel type. Missing fuel and any previously disclosed refuelling service charge are itemised. Routine maintenance is the lessor's responsibility. Pick-up/return places and times are specified in the confirmation. Airport, off-site or different-location delivery and extras are priced in advance when chargeable. ## Insurance, damage and maintenance Compulsory traffic insurance is provided. Comprehensive cover, optional protection, excess and exclusions depend on the vehicle and policy and are explained before handover. Compulsory traffic insurance is not unlimited comprehensive vehicle protection. Normal wear and maintenance belonging to the lessor are not charged to the renter. Damage attributable to misuse, breach or fault is assessed using actual loss, responsibility and applicable insurance terms. This is not an unconditional transfer of every loss to the renter. Lost keys/documents, wrong fuel and unauthorised repairs are assessed on their actual cost and responsibility. Any loss-of-use claim requires a legal basis, reasonable period and supporting evidence; indefinite charges are not automatically collected. ## Accident, breakdown, theft and support Protect life and safety first; call 112 for emergency assistance where needed. Notify the lessor promptly. Do not continue driving an unsafe car. Contact police/gendarmerie where required by the circumstances. Obtain the relevant accident record, official report, photos and other party's details. Provide available documents promptly, normally within 48 hours unless a reasonable obstacle prevents this. No unauthorised repair apart from necessary safety measures. Do not enter unnecessary health information in the web form. Office hours: 09:00–22:00. Telephone support after 22:00 is for emergencies only. Send other enquiries by WhatsApp or email. ## Traffic fines and other charges Fines, road/bridge tolls and parking charges attributable to use during the rental are supported by period information and relevant documents. Any administration fee must be disclosed in advance. Later charges are communicated with evidence. Card collection requires valid authorisation and compliance with payment rules; this text does not grant unlimited collection without notice. Incorrect or duplicate charges may be disputed. ## Cancellation, changes and early return Under the current standard booking policy, cancellation notified at least 24 hours before pick-up is free. Contact us by telephone or WhatsApp and obtain written confirmation. Any special policy is clearly disclosed before payment/acceptance; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Late cancellation, no-show and early-return charges/refunds must be explained in the booking confirmation; undisclosed penalties are not added later. A duration change to a long-term offer may require recalculation, which is communicated to the customer. Car rental for a specified date/period is an exception to the general 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. This does not remove the cancellation policy above or other statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective services. ## Winter offer 15% winter discount on 3–4 months. 27.5% winter discount on 5–6 months. For individual renters only. Rental must start between 1 October 2026 and 31 March 2027. Only rental days in this winter period are discounted; days from 1 April 2027 use the standard rate. Rentals of 7 months or more are excluded. Duration is measured in calendar months. Discounts do not combine and apply only to the vehicle rental charge. Extras and delivery charges are excluded. The total campaign vehicle charge is subject to rounding. Percentages apply before rounding. Final price and availability are confirmed with your reservation. ## Personal data and communications Data necessary for booking, rental, legal identification reporting, payment and enquiry handling is processed on applicable grounds such as performance of a contract and legal obligations. See the separate privacy notice for purposes, recipients, methods and rights. Accepting the rental terms is not blanket consent to marketing or every data disclosure. Where required, optional consent is requested separately and unnecessary consent is not a condition of rental. This booking form does not collect marketing consent. ## Disputes, amendments and your rights Both parties comply with the agreement and applicable law. Reasons for termination, any opportunity to remedy and the charge calculation are explained in writing; no unlimited termination right or blanket exemption from liability is granted. In consumer transactions, the right to apply to competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is preserved. Other disputes follow statutory jurisdiction rules. Consumers are not forced by this text to litigate solely in Fethiye. Changes do not retrospectively add unilateral charges or obligations to an existing rental.
