# Cookies and privacy preferences

This policy explains necessary records and optional booking memory. The cookie panel controls only booking memory; it does not grant analytics or advertising consent. Declining booking memory does not prevent booking.

## Necessary records

PHPSESSID is a session cookie for session/form security and verification. It lasts for the browser session. Security tokens and technical records prevent misuse, relying on applicable lawful grounds and necessity.

The local browser record turunc_cookie_preferences remembers your choice for 180 days. Deleting it causes the choice to be requested again. It is not a server-held marketing profile.

## Optional booking memory

rez_alis_* and rez_donus_* cookies can remember your chosen locations, dates and times for 30 days only when 'Remember my booking choices' is enabled. Without it the form still works, but no booking-selection cookie is stored for a later visit. Disabling it deletes these cookies.

## Cookieless conversion measurement with Google

Google Tag Manager loads when the page opens. Under Google Consent Mode v2, ad storage, analytics storage, ad user data and ad personalisation remain 'denied'. Enabling booking memory or saving choices does not grant these permissions. Previous analytics/advertising choices are also not treated as consent in this version.

Correctly configured Google tags may send conversion and consent-state signals without using advertising/analytics cookies. These connections may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, page/referrer address, time and consent state. Successful booking and contact events do not include email addresses or telephone numbers. Ahrefs and other optional third-party scripts are not loaded in this version because there is no separate consent mechanism.

Cookieless measurement does not mean that no personal data is processed. The controller must separately assess the lawful ground for measurement under Turkish Law No. 6698 and the Article 9 requirements for international transfers to Google. This notice and the use of the cookie panel do not themselves constitute explicit consent.

## Maps, security and external links

Google Maps loads automatically when the contact page opens; technical data such as your IP address and browser information may be sent to Google. The provider’s cookie and privacy practices apply. If enabled, reCAPTCHA connects to Google when you interact with a form for security, not at initial page opening. Providers have their own terms/privacy notices.

Opening WhatsApp or social media links takes you to those platforms, which may process messages or technical data. Avoid unnecessary identity/sensitive information; telephone and email are alternative channels.

## Changing your choice

Use 'Cookie preferences' in the footer to change your booking-memory choice. Disabling it deletes booking-selection cookies. These buttons do not grant Google analytics/advertising consent; Google Tag Manager continues loading for cookieless measurement. Records can also be removed through browser settings.
